Cancellation Policy
- If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, we require a min. of 24-hours notice by phone.
- "No-shows" or same day cancellations will be charged 100% session fee.
- In cases of extreme emergency that cause a missed appointment, there are exceptions.
- Arriving late may limit the time available for your treatment, your timely arrival is appreciated.
